Randy was really great at changing the locks out for my mom. As someone who isn’t close geographically to her, it is important to me to have good and trustworthy people to complete some odd jobs like changing locks. She told me that when the locks she bought didn’t fit, he helped find some that did and installed them. A job that should’ve taken 30 mins ended up being 2 hours. Very disappointed in the service provided for my mom. I called and explained when searching for a locksmith she was in an older mobile home with what could be the original locks. The persons who answered and set the appt said it would be no problem including the screen door lock. Unfortunately they were apparently mistaken and the locksmith that came out, charged the full service fee to rekey 1 deadbolt and not the other 3 locks that were described to the staff. The locksmith did what he could I suppose but I wouldn’t have set my mom up to pay 145$ for one lock when that was the quote for 3-4 locks- she was overcharged and the service provided was not the service promised. I did call and complain and am still waiting to hear back - if the issue is resolved I will modify the review

I called on Monday morning, as I had a door handle hat was about to fall off.
By that afternoon, Randy the locksmith was on site. He was very courteous and very honest as he repaired my handle without trying to tell me that I needed to replace it. I highly recommend Affordable Lock & Security Solutions, they are professional and very honest. Usually other repair companies always try to sell you a new replacement; but not Randy, he fixed just the problem.

I went in to get a duplicate motorcycle key and Brandon had the correct match. I saw some familiar vehicle key fobs and asked if he had one to match my vehicle. I could have had to pay for the fob and programming but Brandon had matching covers for my existing fob and they were better made than the factory original. The cover didn't cost very much money, so with service and value, this place can't be beat. I've been coming here since ALSS was in the castle and I will definitely be back!

Good price on what most of us need 99% of the time: a reliable key made. The only alternative is down the street at a big box hardware store with an employee clicking buttons on the screen of a machine that does everything for them. Then they hand you the key saying “If it doesn’t work just bring it back for a refund . . . “.

This place was $1.11 more than the hardware key, but add some $$$ to your hardware receipt for time and gasoline. If your key is anything remotely different than a standard house key, save yourself some headache and frustration. Affordable Lock & Security folks are helpful and most importantly they know what they’re doing.

Started the conversation with Melissa over the phone to inquire about vehicle services and the manner in which I was spoken to went south quick. Hey Lady, I’m not a locksmith and I don’t work for you! Just because I may ask you a question that you think you’ve already answered(Not really, but we’ll give you the benefit of doubt) doesn’t mean turn RUDE to the person TRYING to be your customer!! I lost the chip part of my honda key. These guys duplicated the old blade with a new chipped key. Then flashed the immobilizer on my car (had to pull it in) and had it running within 15 minutes of arriving. Great price compared to the Honda dealership. Not at the castle anymore, across from sunoco.

I went to Affordable Lock & Security Solutions to purchase a gun safe. Mike was very pleasant and showed me several different options, I needed a relatively small safe but one that could hold 2 long guns. He had several options and the one I chose was with only one shell. I could build my own shelves at home.
The two young men that delivered the safe were very nice and very efficient at doing there job, bolted the safe to the floor and cleaned up after themselves. They helped set the combination and gave me several bits of information about the sale.
I would recommend Affordable Lock & Security Solutions to anyone needing any of their services.
