For security purposes, I wanted stronger locks placed on all my interior doors. When Warren from Affordable Lock & Security Solutions arrived, he suggested installing SmartKey Security door knobs which he said were pick resistant. He also mentioned that they can be re-keyed by me in seconds thereby eliminating the need for a locksmith in the future and saving me hundreds of dollars in service fees. After installing everything he took the time to show me, step by step, how to re-key the locks. Moreover, he was very punctual and courteous, as well as extremely proficient and quick. Incredible service! I was in a jam and forgot my keys on a service call. Swung into the shop and showed them a picture of my keys and they were able to cut and copy what I needed on the spot! Saved me a 1.5 hour drive back and forth to get my keys. They also have safes and do a bunch of other locksmith services. I will be using them again for all of my locksmith needs.

I needed several new locks for a building I own in Ocala, along with needing a few locks rekeyed. Warren from the Ocala Affordable Lock store showed up, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

He even showed me something about the locks I was replacing that might have resulted in my not replacing them--in other words, he was looking out for me above the company's profit (I still ended up needing to replace the locks after all). A true professional and gentlemen.

Later, I used the shop for new keys and they were very competent and fast at that as well.

I highly recommend Affordable Lock & Security Solutions! Melissa helped me on Friday with a commercial grade door knob for a storage facility. I had an issue where the latch wasn't catching due to it being too short. I went back today and Melissa gave me a longer latch to swap out and just to bring the other one back. I’ve used affordable lock in ocala for 20 years for all our commercial buildings and been happy with them. Warren did a good job this time too but I was shocked that changing 2 deadbolts and two levers and rekeying a front door lock was $750. That would usually have been $250-$350 job - way too expensive for me to use them in the future - disappointed this time.

I had Warren come out to help me yesterday after my garage door failed, and he did an amazing job in handling my lockout situation. He even went as far as jumping over my 8 ft high fence twice and even diagnosed the problem that caused me to get locked out of my home in the first place. By the end, he was sweating bullets in the hot sun, but he never complained, he remained professional, and left with the same smile and great attitude that he showed up with! I will continue to use this company especially if all their employees are like Warren!

Very unprofessional wrong information given when requested high end safe specs. Still waiting for a security system quote. don't return calls or emails with inquiries for sales and services. They will try to sell you what they have in the store even if it is not the correct fit for your business and will get mad when they realized you actually understand the products better than they do, Be careful with this company

BEWARE! They offer no warranty on cutting keys. Technician tested key in the car door but did not in the ignition. Snippy gal behind the counter. $45 for a worthless key with NO recourse. I'd keep driving on by if I were you.

Opened Safe and installed new combination Lock. Brandon Hankins was very professional knew what to do to drill and open my safe. He also installed a new electronic combination lock. He then made sure I had no problems opening the safe. Like I said before very professional and polite guy. I lost the only key to a house and since we were not familiar with area locksmiths, we made a few phone calls to local services. We decided to use Affordable Lock and Key and they sent out Cris S. to get into the house for us. He was punctual, polite and extremely professional. He took care of the job quickly and for much less cost than other local services. We then took some individual locks to their shop for re-keying which was also done quickly and professionally. Their shop is well established, well run, neat and professional. The services performed there were services other locksmiths said could not be done. Excellent experience which far exceeded my expectations. This company had my automobile FOB and keys in stock (which other online companies didn't) and charged me about $300 less than the local dealership was going to charge me. Mark was quick, efficient and had me in and out with new key and FOB sets in 15 minutes. Online companies had given me an ETA of a week or more. Local dealership was unfriendly and monopolistic. My appointment window was between 1-3PM, received a call stating he was ahead of schedule and could come earlier if I liked. He arrived 15 minutes from the call as he said he would, at 12:20. The work was completed without delay. He offered to set the lock up completely. This was an additional deadbolt on a door which had a keyed lock, he asked if I'd like to have one key to work both locks as an option. He offered that if I ever had any problems with the strike or working over time, contact them and they will be glad to make any adjustments. Very friendly and professional, thanks, Rob.

Stopped here to find out if they could fix a trunk lock for my car. The counter person did not go look at it or even leave behind the counter and just told me they could not fix it and I had to take it to the dealer. Went over to AA Locksmith and got it fixed. My Service-Tech was Rob. He was courteous, and Covid-19 professional! I had both locks replaced on 8 doors, and ordered 6 extra keys. Plus, he made copies of my 2 screen door keys. Something that did not work using my local hardware store. I was able to test the keys before he left.
Rob lubricated the system, and wiped the handles. Like he was never here! I recommended them (Rob) to my family!

I am flabbergasted by the service that my company received from Affordable Lock. I own an auto repair shop. We had a Toyota that needed the Pass Key System reprogrammed. We called Affordable to ask if they could do the job. They said yes no problem. The first technician arrived at 9:00am and he attempted to reprogram the car and was unable to reprogram it so he called another technician for help. The second technician arrived at 9:45am and both technicians then tried to reprogram the car. At 11:00am the 2nd technician said that they were unable to reprogram the car because they did not have the equipment necessary to do the job. The next day I saw a charge on my credit card for $177.00!! I did not receive a receipt and did not sign any paperwork so I assumed that they were not charging us because they were unable to repair the car.
I called the manager at Affordable and she said that they charged my card for a service call even though they were unable to repair the car. I asked her why they were charging us if they were unable to repair the vehicle. She said they charge even if they can't fix it! This is absurd!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best in the business, saved our day three times! They can key anything, if you buy your hardware there they will rekey it to match your existing key at no charge! Late model car key needed? They can do it for 1/3 the price of the dealer, and they will do it while you wait ( my experience was in and out in 15 minutes).

Quick service, friendly technician. The only problem I had with "Affordable Lock" & Security is that it is really NOT "affordable" as the company name suggests. I realize the company has overhead costs to pay, but when the technician had to drive only about 2 miles, then takes a lock picking tool and opens your door within a couple of minutes, the charge of $100.00 plus tax was exhorbitant! I'll call around for more reasonable pricing if I need a locksmith again!
