The tech was fantastic, the dispatch process, not so much. Left message the night before and followed up next morning.... Dispatch said next available appointment was 5 days later but would put a word out to the techs to see if it could be expedited. Never got word back. Tech arrived along with a tech from another company I called after not hearing back. Still had to pay the dispatch fee for a simple fix.read more

I had an excellent experience with a young, professional employee this afternoon while trying to get a duplicate key... made for my son’s new boat. I only wish I could remember his name as I rarely experience good customer assistance let alone “great” service from our younger generation. I needed a lock on a fence gate that could be locked and opened from either side. Mr. Randy Cole from Affordable Lock... & Security Solutions came and looked at the problem and gave me a free estimate. I decided to go ahead with what he suggested. He returned a couple of days later and installed the lock on the gate, which also required adding a bit of wood to the gate and fence so the lock would work. I encountered a problem with my Sentry home safe. Even with the correct code, the safe would not open and just... activated the "Error" lamp. Affordable Lock sent Larry to take care of this.
