Randy Cole from Affordable Lock & Security Solutions came to my house the next day after calling for assistance. His professionalism, kindness and trade skills were above and beyond what I was expecting. He rekeyed six locks on six doors and was done within half an hour. I should have called affordable locks a long time ago but I’m happy I finally made the call. This was customer service at a high standard that is rarely seen these days. Thank you Randy!

Larry was determined to find away to solve the problem without causing damage to our cabinet. He was determined that he could get to a key buried under a pile of dollar bills. With each setback, he became more determined.

They didn’t have the right fob for my Honda pilot so they ordered it. It came in a few days and they called me. It only took 15 minutes to program and I was on my way. Great service and reasonable price.

I went there yesterday and Jason was so helpful. I have an electric bike and the store gave me the wrong key for the battery. Jason was able to make me a key!! Affordable Lock & Security Solutions was great to work with! Gary R, our technician was on time, did great job changing our digital lock core for our office space. Had all supplies necessary to supply us with all the copy of keys for all out our doors in his mobile vehicle. This is not the 1st time we have used them and it won’t be the last.

I really want to say a heartfelt thank you to Mike E. for helping me and my baby girl today.
At his insistence, I swung by his shop in Altamonte. He helped me program a new key fob so that I can lock and unlock my car easier again. It may not seem like much, but having a child in a car seat in a wheelchair/stroller when I couldn’t lock the car remotely made getting her out of the car an impossible
dance. It’s hard to explain, but trust me when I say it was a pain in the butt and much to my husband’s chagrin, I just gave up on ever locking my car, even with recent break ins in our neighborhood. Mike has really made my life so much easier.

called to say what a great company we are and how great our staff is. He said his day ended much better then it started. He called Jose this morning cause the lady that is watching his house while he is in New Jersey visiting his grand kids got the key stuck in the door. He has a Medeco Lock, but Jose had Mike L. give him a call back and let him know that he will be there after he was done with his current job and come fix the issue. After he arrived and got the key removed but could not figure out how it got stuck. But that was beside the point, He just wanted to say that he is very happy with the way we manage and communicate within the company. That Jason in the shop knows the same info as Mike when he comes out to the house. He wanted to say that he will be recommending us.

I engaged Affordable Lock & Security to replace the entry door hardware and install new locks on my newly purchased home. Gary did a great job walking me through the process. I’ve been especially busy with work and Gary came out to the house with a large catalog of options for hardware and helped me choose new door hardware and then he returned to handle the installation. He did a great job installing the hardware, cleaned up his work areas, and was incredibly personable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider Affordable Lock in the future.

Gary was awesome! He immediately provided options for fixing the alignment of the deadbolt. He also completed installation of a new door knob. Even gave instructions on how to use new keypad lock. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to all.

Fast, reasonable prices. The owner made a non-chipped key first to see if I could save $80.00. It wouldn”t start the car, but does unlock the door. He gave it to me for free, would have to throw it out anyhow.

Jason was great! Both of My car fobs broke at the same time. The rubber buttons fell off and the actual key broke off. Jason replaced 2 car keys and was able to change the guts of my fobs so I didn’t have to pay hundreds to get my remotes reprogrammed. I 100% recommend this business.

I needed a lock on a fence gate that could be locked and opened from either side. Mr. Randy Cole from Affordable Lock & Security Solutions came and looked at the problem and gave me a free estimate. I decided to go ahead with what he suggested. He returned a couple of days later and installed the lock on the gate, which also required adding a bit of wood to the gate and fence so the lock would work. I’m very happy with my new lock and it will make my life much easier. I would definitely recommend this company and Mr. Cole.

Bought a new home & wanted to have locks that were (much) better than what you can get at the big box stores. Marc came out for an initial face-to-face consultation to look at my doors & find out what I wanted. Greg came back a few days later with the new locks & installed them. There was a problem with my front door that required him to order another part & Greg came back a few days later to install the part at no additional charge. The new part didn’t work as expected so Tony resolved the issue a few days later. I’m sure having to make multiple visits is unusual but it says a lot about their commitment to making sure that the work is done right! EveryoneI dealt with at Affordable Lock & Security Solutions were very friendly & informative throughout the entire process–I also really appreciated the emails & phone calls for the follow-up visits. I encountered a problem with my Sentry home safe. Even with the correct code, the safe would not open and just activated the “Error” lamp. Affordable Lock sent Larryto take care of this. We had to drill out the locking solenoid -that wasn’t easy. He did a great job and I would definitely use Affordable Lock again

This is my go-to for safes and locks. They helped me out of a jam moving a safe when no one else in the Tampa Bay Area could -or at least wanted to -without charging me thousands of dollars. My Service-Tech was Rob. He was courteous, and Covid-19 professional! I had both locks
replaced on 8 doors, and ordered 6 extra keys. Plus, he made copies of my 2 screen door keys.
Something that did not work using my local hardware store. I was abtoomle to test the keys before he left.
Rob lubricated the system, and wiped the handles. Like he was never here! I recommended them (Rob)
to my family!

Went to Home Depot in Clermont to get a duplicate key made, the employee looked at the key and said “I doubt it but I’ll give it a try” he put the key in a scanner and it was rejected, no match. The employee asked me if I’ve seen the Igloo looking place off of Route 27 near Citrus Tower, I said “yes” and he suggested I go there as they have thousands of keys and was sure they’d have that one.
The key is for a Safe Box and he was right, they had thousands of keys and they had a match for my key.
If you need an expert for keys, locks, safe boxes, security cameras, this place has everything you’ll need or want.

Wanted to give a giant thumbs up and a shout out to Dylan! Came in last week to have a key fob/remote programmed Dylan was great and kind and did it. Wasn’t working real good, not fault of Dylan just a cheap remote I got off Amazon. Came in today and he made some adjustments on the remote and works really good now. Great customer service!

This locksmith is the best that I’ve experienced here in Tampa. After getting ridiculous quotes from the dealers to get a spare keys made for my cars, I spoke to a gentlemen here and he was able to program the remote for my car in less than 10 minutes. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years to get keys made and I’ve never had an issue. I would highly recommend this shop.

So glad I found this place! Most of the yelp pictures are not of this building. You will find them in a small strip mall on Florida Ave. between Bearss and Fletcher. They do dealer keys at a fraction of the price. Today my unlock button was missing from my key. I stopped by one other place to see if I could just get a new button and was told no, I would need a whole new key from a dealer. Stopped by this place and they were able to give me a new “case”
As they called it for only $35. It looks exactly the same as my old key and cost much, much less. Everyone working here was very helpful as well. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door and while my key was being made several other people asked if I had been helped.

Mr. Frederick to say that Jordan was “Outstanding..a great representative for our company. He said he had a very nice presence in their home and made them feel comfortable having him there. They will be using us for all of their locksmith work in the future.”

The employees were knowledgeable and polite, and they explained their actions, and answered my questions patiently. They explained how the fob for my new car could be converted to a simple flat key – after I was told otherwise by another key shop. Plus when I paid them, the price had been discounted because I wanted two new keys.

Having lost my Lexus main key the two people , the lady in particular went way above my expectations to produce a new one. It was a far more complex operation than I had expected but the team worked hard and got the job done – UTSTANDING work, very well done from one delighted customer !
